Inviting your team
Five role tiers, each scoped to what that role needs. Membership-based — a single user can belong to multiple orgs without juggling accounts.

The five roles
- Owner — Full control: billing, plans, training data, user management, all features
- Admin — Org admin: user management, training data, AI config, settings (no billing)
- Estimator — Full estimating: projects, bids, AI modes, assemblies, CRM, equipment
- Accounting — Financial access: final estimates, QuickBooks, invoices, cost DB (read-only on bids)
- Field — Limited: view assigned projects, export scope/BOM, conditional pricing visibility
MFA
Mandatory for Owner and Admin roles, optional for everyone else. We support TOTP via any authenticator app (Authy, Google Authenticator, 1Password). SMS is not supported because of SIM-swap risk.
Multi-org membership
A single user can belong to multiple orgs (consultant, parent + subsidiary, etc.). The active membership is per-session; switch via the user menu. Each membership has its own role; an Owner in one org can be a Field user in another.
