We don't drop you into the platform and disappear. Onboarding is a structured four-week program with weekly check-ins, role-based training, and an outcome target you sign off on at week 1 and we measure together at week 4.
What's included
- Kickoff call + onboarding plan signed at week 1
- Org settings configuration (branding, integrations, permissions, billing)
- Live training for estimators (2 sessions), PMs (1 session), and accounting (1 session)
- First-bid-shipped milestone — we walk a real bid with you start-to-finish
- Weekly check-ins (4 × 30 min) for blockers + recognizer tuning
- Per-org symbol library seeded from 3-5 reference projects
- Week-4 review meeting + sign-off
What's NOT included
- Custom integrations beyond the shipped catalog (separate engagement)
- Per-bid takeoff service (see Takeoff-as-a-Service)
- Migration of historical project data older than 24 months (separate quote)

Walk a real bid end-to-end with the team. Catch + fix workflow blockers in real time.

Measure against the week-1 outcome target. Sign off. Hand to ongoing customer success.

- Express onboarding compresses to 2 weeks but skips the first-bid milestone. Self-serve onboarding is also available on Starter tier — full docs + video library, no live sessions.
- Can we onboard one role at a time?
- Yes. Estimator-first is the most common pattern; PM and accounting onboard later. We tailor the schedule.
