Scheduled photo prompts
9am: 'Get a wide shot of the slab pour.' Noon: 'Three close-ups of the rebar tie pattern.' The right photos at the right time without reminding the foreman.
Offline-first sync
No cell signal in the basement of a hospital? The app keeps working. Captures + reports queue locally and sync when you're back in coverage.
Auto-rolled summaries
Daily reports auto-roll into weekly + monthly summaries. PMs don't write the weekly recap — it's already there from the field data.
