We don't publish spotlights without consent
Customer-spotlight content is the kind of vendor copy that most often misrepresents real customers. We've decided to run the spotlight format only with explicit interview releases — the customer reviews and approves the published version before it ships. That takes longer than putting words in customers' mouths, but it's the version we can live with.
