What we don't promise

The honest list

  • We don't promise high recognizer accuracy on day 1. Specific accuracy curves are shared under NDA; the active-learning loop closes the gap over the first weeks of real bid work. Plan for the curve.
  • We don't run free trials because they incentivize the wrong behavior on both sides. Pilot programs are scoped + paid; pilot length and the success metric are agreed in the pilot scoping call.
  • We don't have a Bluebeam-style markup panel. If your team's muscle memory is in Bluebeam, expect a 2-week adjustment period.
  • We don't have a 3D BIM viewer that's production-ready yet. Beta exists; it's roadmapped, but pretend it doesn't ship until 2026.6.
  • We don't have integrations with every accounting system. We have Procore, Sage, QuickBooks, Foundation, and a custom-API option. Beyond that — confirm with us before signing.
