If you're evaluating OmniTakeoff and need a customer reference, email references@omnitakeoff.com with your evaluation criteria (trade, deal size, integration mix, federal-procurement experience, whatever matters). We'll match you with a reference customer who's a fit.
How references work
Three commitments
We respect their time
References are working customers. Each customer commits to a max number of reference calls per quarter; once they hit it, we offer a different reference.
We never coach the answer
Reference calls are unsupervised. Customers say what they actually think — including dislikes, gaps, and the parts of the platform they wish worked differently.
References are not compensated
We don't pay for reference calls. We thank references with custom merch and direct notes from the founder. Money would compromise the integrity of the reference.
Why no public roster
Privacy + matching quality
Listing reference customers publicly invites cold-call requests that overwhelm the customer and degrade the reference experience. It also discourages customers from agreeing to be references at all. We'd rather match references 1:1 to your specific evaluation criteria — the conversation is more useful for you and respects the customer's time.

Email references@ with your evaluation criteria. We typically match within 1 business day on Pro evaluations and same-day on Enterprise. The reference customer chooses the format (Zoom call, Slack DM intro, on-site visit). You get the conversation; we get out of the way.
