How we prioritize
Customer demand > our internal preferences
Customer requests
When 2+ customers ask for the same thing, it gets a priority bump. When 5+ ask, it goes to "next up".
Pilot outcomes
Features that demonstrably move pilot metrics (takeoff time, defect rate, win rate) jump the queue.
Trade coverage gaps
Work to bring less-mature trades (concrete, framing) up to the bar of our strong trades is always on the list.
