Customer Council
A program for customers who shape the product.
Working customers who give structured feedback on the roadmap, get early access to major features, and advocate for the rest of the customer base. Membership is by application + invitation; the cohort is small.

What council members do
Quarterly roadmap review
Council members get an early preview of the upcoming-quarter roadmap before public publication. Their feedback shapes priority weight and sequencing.
Early access to major features
Significant architecture changes ship to the council before broader beta. Council members commit to giving structured feedback in exchange for the early access.
Customer advocacy
When other customers escalate to leadership, council members are sometimes asked to weigh in (with the escalating customer's permission) — sharing their own workflow context to help resolve the situation.
How we run it
Term, compensation, transparency
Time-bounded terms
Council seats run for a fixed term with the option to renew. We rotate seats so the council brings in newer-tenured customer perspectives over time and avoids becoming an echo chamber.
Stipend + travel coverage
Council members receive a quarterly stipend and travel coverage to in-person sessions. We don't pay for opinions — we recognize council members are donating real working hours.
Member privacy
Members can choose whether to be publicly named on this page. We will not list any member without explicit written consent. Many customers prefer anonymized participation; that's fine.
