Three things we deliberately don't claim
We don't claim 'global' coverage
Global is an aspirational word for vendors that don't actually have it. We have US coverage and a real EU + UK plan; we don't currently sign customers outside that scope.
We don't pre-sell EU contracts
We're not accepting EU-headquartered customers until EU data residency goes live. Pre-selling residency we don't have leads to the customer-data-leaves-EU disclosure that GDPR-conscious customers can't accept.
We don't soft-launch in regions we can't serve
If we don't list a region above, we don't have a real plan for it. We won't take a contract on the assumption that residency or support 'might come later.'
In an unsupported region?
Tell us anyway. We track demand.
If you're in a region we don't currently support, write to us anyway. Multi-customer demand from the same region moves the residency roadmap. The current roadmap reflects customer-demand patterns observed over the prior several quarters.
