Bid desks deserve software that respects how they actually work.
The bid desk is the most leveraged seat in a construction company. A takeoff that's 5% off either kills the margin on a job you win or the chance of winning the next one. Existing options ask estimators to retype schedules, click through floor plans by hand, or trust an AI that can't tell you why it counted what it counted.
