What's the price floor for Enterprise?
Enterprise pricing is custom-quoted based on seats, integrations, and SLA requirements. Below the Enterprise threshold we typically recommend Professional. Specific entry-points + sample pricing are discussed under NDA during discovery — we don't publish a public floor because the right number depends on your specific scope.
How long does enterprise procurement take?
Procurement timing varies a lot by org. Customers with standardized vendor processes can move quickly; large GCs with extensive security review take meaningfully longer. We don't publish specific procurement-timing ranges on this page because they depend heavily on your team's process — we'll align on a realistic timeline during discovery.
Do you sign mutual NDAs?
Yes, mutual NDA is standard before discovery + before sharing security docs. We can use your standard NDA or ours.
What's the difference between Enterprise and Professional?
Enterprise adds: SAML SSO, SCIM, dedicated CSE, custom SLAs, custom integrations, EU residency option, BAA, and procurement support. Professional has all the product features but uses standard SLA + email support + standard contracts.
Can we get an air-gapped deployment?
Air-gapped deployments are possible on a custom Enterprise engagement. Cycle time is meaningfully longer than the standard SaaS deployment, and pricing reflects the engineering work. Email enterprise@ for current scoping; we share specific deployment timelines + customer references under NDA rather than as marketing claims.
Will you do reference calls with current Enterprise customers?
Yes, after pilot signoff. We respect customer time, so reference calls happen post-procurement-stage commitment. Customers volunteer for the program; we don't force participation.
