Share your link
Get your unique referral link from your account dashboard. Send it to anyone who'd benefit from OmniTakeoff — colleagues, peers in trade associations, friends running estimating shops.

They sign up via your link
When they apply to pilot via your link, the referral attribution sticks for 90 days. Even if they take a few weeks to evaluate, the credit lands when they sign.

Pilot signs to paid
When the referred customer converts to a paid plan within the qualification window in the referral agreement, we pay out under that agreement. Cash via wire transfer; credit applied immediately.

FAQ

Common referral questions

Can OmniTakeoff customers refer their own subs and GCs?: Yes. Many of our best referrals come from customers introducing peers in their network. We never compete with our customers' relationships.
Do referrals work for trade-association members?: Yes — and we have a separate Trade Association Partner tier for chapter-level rollouts. See /partners for details. The standard referral applies to individual member firms.
Is there a cap on referrals?: Caps and per-period limits — if any — are stated in the referral agreement. We tend to keep Enterprise-tier referrals capped per source per quarter so each one is well-served rather than rushed; the exact number is in the agreement.
What if my referral signs through a different channel?: If they used your referral link or mentioned you in their pilot application, you get credit. Internal sales records resolve any conflicts in your favor when in doubt.
How are payouts taxed?: Cash payouts are reported on 1099-MISC at year end for US customers. Non-US referrals paid via international wire; consult your local tax advisor.
Can I refer a current OmniTakeoff customer's other office?: If the office is a separate legal entity (different EIN), yes. If it's a different cost center under the same EIN, no — that's an expansion, not a referral.
