Getting started in 30 minutes
This is the path we walk pilot customers down on day one. By the end you'll have a real project, a real takeoff, and a branded proposal ready to download.
01
Create your org account
Sign up at omnitakeoff.com/sign-up; we provision your tenant and seed the org with our default symbol library and a handful of demo projects.
02
Invite your team
Settings → Team. Owner / Admin / Estimator / Accounting / Field — each role sees what it should. MFA is mandatory for Owner and Admin.
03
Configure branding
Settings → Branding. Upload your logo, set your primary color, enable white-label. The proposal editor and dashboard chrome flip to your identity in one toggle.
04
Start your first project
Projects → New. Drop a real plan set (PDFs of architectural + structural + MEP). Vector PDFs go fastest; scans take an extra minute or two for OCR.
05
Walk the review queue
When the pipeline finishes, head to the project's Review tab. Confirm or correct each low-confidence line. Bulk-confirm above 95% if you trust the recognizer.
06
Ship a proposal
Project → Proposals → New. Sections come pre-populated; edit anything; live-preview the PDF. Email the PDF to the GC.
