Customer-first event programming
Customer events at OmniTakeoff are a long-term goal — regional dinners, an annual user conference, in-shop training. We will not list these events on this page until they are real. In the meantime, the recurring office hours on Zoom run weekly + monthly and are open to customers and prospects.
Our event philosophy
When we do run events
Customers > prospects
Active customers will always have priority access. Prospect invites at customer events go through customer recommendation, not sales-team push.
No expo floor for our own events
When we run an annual conference, we don't run a sponsor expo. The agenda is customers + workshops + founder Q&A. Sponsors at industry events; not at ours.
Travel coverage
When we host regional dinners, we cover the dinner costs. For an annual conference, customers cover travel + lodging; we cover the conference + meals. We document this clearly when each event is confirmed.
