Switching between projects efficiently

Power-user shortcuts for moving between projects, pinning favorites, and using the dashboard cards effectively.

Estimators bouncing between 8-15 active bids need fast project navigation. Three patterns we recommend:

Use the Dashboard pipeline view as your home base — every active bid appears with status, days-to-due, and review-queue depth at a glance
Pin your top 3-5 active bids to the sidebar for one-click access regardless of dashboard scroll
Press Cmd+K (or Ctrl+K) anywhere in the app to open command palette — type any project name partial-match to jump

Tip

Cmd+K is the fastest navigation in the platform. It also searches across help articles, docs, settings, and team members. Most estimators reach for it 30+ times per day after the first week.
