Managing billing and seats

Add or remove seats, change plans, update payment methods, download invoices.

Billing is at the org level. Owners and Admins can manage; Estimators have view-only access to their own usage.

Add or remove seats

  1. Go to Settings → Billing.
  2. Click 'Manage seats'.
  3. Adjust the seat count. Pro-rated charges or credits apply on the next invoice.

Change plans

Plan changes take effect immediately. Upgrades pro-rate; downgrades take effect at the next renewal so you keep paid features for the rest of the cycle.

Watch out

Only Owners can change plans. Admins can manage seats but not plan tier.
