Owner, Admin, Estimator, Accounting, Field — what each role can and can't do.
OmniTakeoff has 5 built-in roles. Permissions are granular — see the Permissions page in Settings for the full matrix.
Inviting
- Settings → Team → Invite member
- Enter the email and pick a role
- The invitee gets an email link valid for 7 days
- Once they accept, the seat is consumed
Role differences (high-level)
- Owner — full access including billing
- Admin — full access except billing
- Estimator — full estimating, no org settings
- Accounting — read-only on bids, full QuickBooks
- Field — view assigned projects, export scope/BOM
