Pull a complete activity log for any project. Export to CSV or PDF for SOX, ISO, or customer audits.
Every write operation in OmniTakeoff produces an audit log entry: user, org, action, resource, timestamp, IP address, user agent. Audit logs are retained for 7 years by default (configurable on Enterprise).
Per-project audit export
- On the project detail page, click 'Audit log'
- Filter by date range, user, or action type if needed
- Click 'Export → CSV' or 'Export → PDF'
- Email the file to your auditor or attach to the compliance ticket
Org-wide compliance export
Settings → Privacy → Compliance export generates a comprehensive bundle for SOX, ISO 27001, or customer security questionnaires. Includes audit logs, access logs, configuration snapshots, and the system attestations PDF.
