Every AI takeoff line below the project's confidence threshold lands in the review queue. Confirm, edit-then-confirm, reject, or bulk-confirm above a chosen confidence floor. Each action trains the symbol library for the next bid.

States
- AUTO_OK — high-confidence line, no review required
- PENDING_REVIEW — flagged by confidence gate; awaiting human
- CONFIRMED — human confirmed (with or without edits)
- REJECTED — human marked the line as wrong/spurious
- EDITED — line was edited and re-evaluated
Active learning
Confirms become ground-truth annotations on the symbol library. Rejects become hard-negatives. The next bid's recognizer trains on both — accuracy compounds per bid, per org.
