Addendum delta
Addendums kill bids. The cost impact is rarely +0 or -0, and the trade-by-trade reshuffle is rarely a single number. We make the delta a first-class artifact instead of a 'you figure it out' diff.

What gets diffed
- Sheet-level: which sheets changed, which added, which removed
- Spec-section-level: which paragraphs changed, with the textual delta
- Takeoff-line-level: which lines need re-extraction; which can stay pinned
- Sub-coverage: which divisions are now uncovered because a sub's quote was based on the prior issue
- RFI / clarification: which RFIs are answered, which are now stale
Cost impact
The delta packet renders a per-trade cost-impact summary with a high/low/median band derived from the same Monte Carlo machinery the main bid uses. You see the size of the swing and where the variance comes from before you re-publish to the GC.
