ADA accessibility
ADA scope flows through doors / hardware, plumbing fixtures, signage, and parking. A non-compliant door push-side clearance is a re-do; the takeoff catches it at validation.

Common takeoff drivers
- Door push-side / pull-side clearances (drives door swing + adjacent finishes)
- Lever hardware (vs knob) on every accessible-route door
- Reach ranges 15″–48″ for outlets, switches, fixture controls
- Mounting height 17″–19″ for accessible toilets
- Grab bars at toilets and showers
- Signage with raised characters + Braille at all permanent rooms
- Accessible parking count (1 per 25 standard, 1 of every 6 must be van-accessible)
