The Takeoff PM owns the most-used surface in the product. Estimators live here. The PM is in customer calls weekly, pilot reviews monthly, and ships 2-3 major workflow improvements per quarter.

What you'll do
Day-to-day responsibilities
- Own the takeoff workbench + review queue product roadmap
- Drive 2-3 major workflow shipments per quarter
- Run weekly customer interviews + pilot reviews
- Partner with engineering on schema-first feature design
- Define + measure pilot-program outcome targets
What we're looking for
Required experience
- 5+ years product management on B2B SaaS
- Construction-tech, AEC, or estimating-software background strongly preferred
- Comfort with customer interviews + qualitative research
- Quantitative chops — define + measure outcome metrics
- Schema-first thinking (you can read API specs without help)
Nice to have
Bonus experience
- Past life as an estimator or PM in construction
- Experience with active-learning or human-in-the-loop products
Compensation + benefits
