We're hiring our first full-time marketing leader. The role builds the function from product marketing + demand gen + content + brand. Reports to CEO; partners closely with VP Sales + VP Product.

What you'll do
Day-to-day responsibilities
- Hire + lead a 4-8 person marketing team in 12 months
- Own product marketing positioning across estimator, PM, owner roles
- Run demand-gen across content, paid, events, partnerships
- Drive measurable pipeline contribution — set + report monthly metrics
- Partner with sales on win-loss analysis + competitive positioning
What we're looking for
Required experience
- 10+ years B2B SaaS marketing, 5+ years leading marketing teams
- Industry vertical experience (construction-tech, AEC, real-estate-tech)
- Track record growing pipeline materially in a comparable B2B SaaS context
- Hands-on writer-strategist — you can draft a campaign brief, not just review one
- Pipeline-attribution discipline — you can defend the marketing-attributed pipeline number

- Past life in estimating or construction operations
- Field marketing + events experience
