Customer Success Engineer
CSEs are the technical face of OmniTakeoff to enterprise customers. You'll be assigned 8-15 accounts, run quarterly business reviews, debug integrations, and drive expansion. This is engineering-flavored, not sales-flavored — code-reading, SQL queries, integration triage are part of the role.

What you'll do
Day-to-day responsibilities
- Own 8-15 enterprise accounts as the dedicated technical contact
- Run quarterly business reviews + outcome metric reporting
- Debug integrations + escalate to engineering on P0
- Tune per-org recognizers based on customer trade specifics
- Drive expansion — seat + workspace growth is a meaningful contribution to the role's quota
What we're looking for
Required experience
- 3+ years technical CS, solutions engineering, or implementation
- Comfort reading code (Python + TypeScript ideal) without writing it daily
- SQL fluency for ad-hoc queries against customer data
- Strong written + verbal communication — you'll be in 8-15 customer slacks
- Construction-tech or AEC background a major plus
Nice to have
Bonus experience
- Past life as an estimator, PM, or BIM specialist
- Solutions-architect experience
