Account Executive, Enterprise

Enterprise AEs work mid-to-large enterprise deals with GCs and specialty contractors. Sales motion is consultative — pilots first, contracts later. Sales cycle varies substantially with the customer's procurement process; we discuss territory size, deal-size mix, and forecast expectations during interview.

What you'll do

Day-to-day responsibilities

  • Own an enterprise territory (size + composition discussed in interview)
  • Run consultative sales motion — discovery, pilot scoping, contract close
  • Manage a roster of active opportunities
  • Partner with CSE during pilot + handoff at close
  • Forecast with discipline — we hold AEs to a high forecast bar

What we're looking for

Required experience

  • 5+ years enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Construction-tech, ERP, or PM-software background strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate procurement + security review
  • Forecasting discipline (you've used MEDDPICC or similar)
  • Hunter + farmer mix — most reps spend 70/30 on new logo vs. expansion

Nice to have

Bonus experience

  • Past life as an estimator or in construction operations
  • Already have a Rolodex of GC + specialty contractor decision-makers
